Abbie Cornish was born on 7 August 1982, in Australia She is an actress. Cornish was best-known for her performances in films like Heidi, Fanny Brawne and Sweet Pea (in Sucker Punch), Lindy and RoboCop (2011) and Sarah as well as Geostorm (2017). In the former film Cornish got her very first Screen Actors Guild Award as part of the ensemble. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin, star of Adventureland 2009 and many other films, was her dad. Ann McDonough was her mother. Betty Gilpin's parents remained supportive and encouraged her to become an actor. Fordham College is where Betty Gilpin honed her craft. After graduating, Gilpin started acting in Off-Broadway plays and auditioned for film and TV roles. After making a brief appearance on NBC's Law & Order: Criminal Intent, Gilpin landed small parts as a character in Ghost Town (2009) and The Northern Kingdom (2008). Gilpin was able to land a few TV guest roles over the following years, until she scored her first break in 2013 with an appearance in Nurse Jackie. Gilpin was the character Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin in 34 episodes prior to Nurse Jackie ended its run in June of 2015. The following year, Gilpin appeared in mystery-thriller True Story (2015).
