Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I have a lovely fiance called JP along with a very unhappy father Henry. Many people recognize me on Instagram which is where I share my journey - from the ups to the downs. I arrived in America with my brother and parents in 1990 when I was 1 1/2 years old. older. I wouldn't be here sharing my life to you, if not because my parents are devoted to hard work and sacrifice. My parents were my inspiration and helped me become successful. I believed my life would go a certain way: graduate from university, be offered an executive position, marry and begin a family. My life that I imagined for myself did not turn out to be. In 2013, I found that I hated being in my company job. Status and money did inspire me. I thought I wasted my time to earn an income. While navigating my way to a new job, I realized that I was supposed to be personal trainer. I was a fan of working out, I liked having fun and I loved helping others. The business I started in 2014. I am celebrating my 7th anniversary in this calendar year. Being a Asian female working in the field, there are a many of us. My goal is to be a change maker within the business to offer high-quality coaching that allows individuals to be healthier and happier them by creating a sustainable lifestyle cater to their individual goals and needs. Additionally, I aim to motivate others to follow their goals and dreams in order to achieve whatever they wish to do. While my professional life was taking off, I was struck by the most devastating loss in my entire life to datein the death of my mother. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease is over, and she lies in Heaven. Her memory will forever be on my mind and in my heart. my mind. If you don't realize it initially, the universe can be a bit elusive in giving us what we really need. The passing of my mother changed me in so many ways and I believe my mom offered me a second chance to be alive through her passing. Her death occurred at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. This was her moment to enter her next life. I got my second chance at living an enjoyable and fulfilling life. The thing I'm feeling now at the age of 30 is a sense of vitality and awareness. It feels like that I'm living my life, and not just existing. My life is shared with my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences and thoughts. It will allow you to know you're not alone. You are capable of accomplishing anything you wish and more. Therapy is necessary and is normal. Health is the greatest asset. My prayer is that you will live every moment to the fullest and have a death be without regrets, as that's the only thing that we have to be confident about during this lifetime.
